I’m Liz Tablazon,
reader, trinket collector, and founder of Salita Creative.

I started Salita in 2022 as a side hustle. Two years later, I took a leap toward redesigned work and a new city, unsure where I’d land but ready for something new. Little did I know the dream I had for “five years down the road” was for now, and where I could fully pour into.

For over a decade, I’ve written stories and developed communications strategies for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. My journalism roots proved to me again and again that effective communication is always relational. People connect with people, and that’s what I aim to do through every project.

I believe in the power of story paired with systems. Pair purpose with clarity, and you get momentum. I love meeting people with big dreams to change their corner of the world, whether that’s through new ideas or a shift in direction. And I love connecting the pieces to help make it happen.

Life changes. But with roots in place, we can pivot and keep telling your story.

I’m currently ...

Rediscovering my hometown, collaborating on creative projects with friends (more on that soon), and working up the courage (and pace) to join a run club.

If you're a dreamer, builder, or storyteller looking to move your mission forward, let’s talk!

Carl Dobrowolski, Missions:Together

“Liz has a heart for service, possesses a keen eye, as well as an indefatigable spirit. I have found her versatility refreshing and have cherished the fact that she understands missions and can translate urgency and clarity in her written and verbal communication. This has been huge for Missions:Together.”

Mark Knetsch, Missions:Together

“Liz has a servant heart. She accommodates gently. She performs expediently. She desires to help and to see projects succeed with poise and excellence. Liz is a pleasure to work with and makes teams stronger. She also has a quality needed in today’s competitive-driven world: kindness.”
